    Still a long way from my ultimate goal. I just did a couple of measurements. Chest cold and relaxed 45" waist 40". Let's just say I hide the fact that my waist is this big well. Chest and shoulders make it look smaller than it is. I measured waist alone 3 days ago and it was 41" so looks like I am making progress.

    On a side note, one way I measure fat loss is the weight belt at my gym. When I started on Jan 18th it was tight on the 4th hole. I can now tighten it to the 7th which is only 2 away from the tightest I could get it when I was 190.

    Last time I weighed myself was last Wed. I was 205.4. I was 216 when I started on Jan 18th. So my actual loss exceeds the deficit by almost 2lbs. and I may be lighter now. Of course I just started creatine today so we will see how much that puts on me.

    Thanks, I will! Sorry for the last update. The pictures came out tiny for some reason. Anyways, I am down to 204.8 as of my morning(4:55pm), even with the addition of creatine I am down 11.2 lbs. So, even with the creatine water weight I am outpacing the on paper weight loss by 1.46 lbs.

    I don't see me stopping any time soon. I might quit updating this thread when I reach my goal of sub 10%bf but entering my activities is simple. The website I use allows me to save certain activities that I know I will be performing and I just tweak the time spent depending on the day.

    Not sure. Hopefully I won't have to go much lower than 180 to be ripped enough for a slow bulk. Want to be under 10% but we will see how long and how low I will have to go for that. Thanks! If you're just talking about the weigh in for the comp, I'd say around 203.8 or less. That will put me down at least a pound from last weigh in.
