Hi to everyone! It's been two months since I started workin out again. I was bout 136 lbs, and now I am 156. I eat 7 meals a day, including supplements, @4000 cal per day, or even more. Well, my workout sounds sth like this : day 1 - chest,abs
day 2 - back
day 3 - shoulders,traps,neck
day 4 - pause
day 5 - biceps,triceps,forearms and abs
day 6 - legs
day 7 - pause

2.5 months work-out

last 2 months I did some maintenance as I was busy with some problems, had no time to be hardcore, I lost bout 3 pounds but I did lose some fat too, soon enough I shall start a cutting program

brahs, unfortunately I've quit lifting cause I've got too many problems to deal with and that leaves me no time for bodybuilding, from 7 healthy meals a day now I eat 2-3 **** meals. I lost 20+ lbs and now I look more like Bruce brah . Anyway , when all problems are cleared, I'll be back and train harder than ever! FUAAAAAAAAAAAARK!!! Recent pic
