Thanks. A few weeks ago I had come down a little too quickly on squats and strained it. Then last week, since it seemed to feel much better, I went ahead and did some deadlifts and strained it again. It's my weak point since I just began doing them earlier this year .... going to keep it stretched out and take it easy on the deadlifts for a few weeks or so until it gets healed up.

Squats: 405
Deadlifts: 401
Overhead shoulder press: 225
