You read correctly my friends, cheese has been discovered as the reason for obesity. It was on AOL.com so it must be true.

"However, a recent review of several randomized clinical trials published in the journal Obesity found that dairy products only contribute to weight loss when paired with a restricted-calorie diet" Is it just me or can the same thing be said about all food in general? or am I reading it wrong...

You mean to tell me that all the effort I've been putting in to lower my calorie intake so that I could lose fat was all for nothing, and that it was simply due to the fact that I coincidentally stopped eating cheese? Time to go buy a dozen boxes of cheese-free donuts.
Also, does Milk count? Thats like pre-cheese, right?
