How long is your lb out of commission for? There a bunch of benefits though, try and stay positive
1. Now your gains will impress other people more. People really notice/are impressed by chest and arms
2. You can get a freak press now
3. You'll be stronger than you are now before you know it. When I took a 9 month hiatus, I was stronger than I was before after only 4-5 months back, while weighing a good 15-20 lbs less.Highlights: http://www.youtube.com/user/bkbrawla666/videos

1. I gotta wait for an appointment / schedule surgery. 4-6 weeks of no lifting after surgery. a couple weeks of extremely light lifting.
2. Completely true. Dem fegs who don't even realize how strong my deadlift/squats were. (Squat was really weak still)
3. I HATE not lifting. Last year I had surgery and was not allowed to lift for a couple months / contact sports for over a year. Thought I was going to go crazy lol. Hopefully, I can get stronger.
Time to do some curls for the gurls.

Pretty much if you have a weak lining you're going to a hernia / some hernias over the years lmao.
Friend got an identical hernia in terms of location because he was carrying a stack of books rofl.
Pretty much just never going to deadlift again + cable rows + squat with a belt.
My legs are going to become minuscule due to not working them out.

Really sorry for the injury/set back. I know you'll come back and dominate the weights like you've been. The one thing I'd be worried about is losing weight post surgery. I lost weight after my surgery, about 6 lbs while in the
hospital, then an additional 4-6 more due to rest and not really lifting.Day by day, brick by brick.

I'm so terrified of getting a hernia now, I feel like a kid walking home from the bus at night watching out for ****s.
Get better soon, **** I hate the health system and how they just give you some stupid date months in advance, makes no senseI'm aware I'm a wolf
