my chest looks quite buff but my pecs sag quite a bit. i know dips hit to lower pec but firstly i dont feel chest being used in dips nevermind the lower chest, I only feel the work being done in my triceps and shoulders. secondly i can only do 3-4 dips.
do decline bench presses work the same area as with dips - the lower chest? i just tried some and i coulden't feel it in my lower chest.
what lifts do i do to get rid of the saggyness?

D3: what is buff?? your chest looks small and flat: this is constructive criticism, not a flame.....
you are looking for a certain "look" in your pecs, when you do not NEARLY have enough muscle mass yet in order to qualify for that look......
you are at the very very basic stages here: continue to build up not only your chest muscles, but your chest CAVITY!
you need DEPTH as well as width......
do progressively heavy bench pressing, do heavy dumbell pullovers, do Flyes where you stretch those pec muscles as much as you safely can.....
and if you do dips for chest, remember, and few know this, that you will get more chest out of it than triceps if you have your hands with the palms facing OUTWARDS, rather than the standard hammer grip.......
but my man, you need to be on a Basic Chest building program, and then, perhaps, no less than a year, and probably TWO years from now, your question will be more relevant......
that is the no-bull**** truth.....

to add to what john g said......your sig says 19% BF. that has alot to do with it, lose BF and work on incline chest work and your probs will disappear.Best Raw USAPL Competition Lifts

the problem with doing progressive weight in my bench is that I can only do 30kg (36kg including bar) for 10-12 reps. I just cannot add anymore weight and do a decent set. 30 seems to be my limit. my chest press is so **** it's depressing.
I tried using dumbells for a month but that diden't help one bit. I could be doing more chest flys though. I will certainly incorporate chest pullovers as of now.21 years old

Alright I've just totally blasted my chest with 2 sets of pullovers, 2 sets of chest flyes, and 2 sets of incline dumbell press. I tried dipping with palms facing outward but I coulden't do a single rep after my shoulder workout earlier. I will try your technique for sure, though.
