Too many to mention...
A guy I know comes to me asking why he goes the gym 5 times a week, has a protein shake and a slice of toast in the morning and he isn't making any gains.
Also...
One guy who comes the gym I go to told me not to do deadlifts because they are bad for you, tried to stop me doing stiff-legged deadlifts also. then claims he's a personal trainer, he's much bigger than me, but I haven't heard so much **** in my life. After all this he proceeds to do bench dips with 3 45lbs on his lap, doing 1/4 of the motion makingh some of the stupidest noises I have heard in my life.*Licks the angus first crew*
*Loves hbb girls heiny holes crew*
*Used to eat slugs as a kid crew*
*Wrestled a lepar crew*
*Collects hbb's farts in peanut butter jars crew*
*Cleans my feet with sandpaper crew*
*8" inch dink but 2" girth crew*
*Only clean dink every 2 weeks crew*
*Made a necklace pendant out of smegma crew*
*I take oral of Jackie Stallone crew*
*I will live in Mia Malkovas ass crew*

I have another friend who I lift with, but when it comes to lifting he's just plain retarded. He doesn't understand the concept of proper nutrition. I told him if he wanted to gain mass he needs to eat at a caloric surplus and he has to hit his macros. He was just like "If I need calories, I can just go to McDonalds or something"...So I gave up talking to him about nutrition.
When it comes to actually lifting, he's a chest/biceps guy, he doesn't like to train the muscles that "you don't see when you're wearing a shirt", he thinks that useless. He does train every muscle group but just not as hard as chest and biceps. He doesn't understand why someone would want to deadlift or squat...

Just simply don't talk to people about lifting or nutrition, if they ask you if you lift, just say "yes" and end the convo right there, if they ask you what are you on, don't give out any supp names, just say "food", there are countless times where I have ended up in conversations with retards: "creatine is like cheating, it's just like steroids"...."fat is relaxed muscle"...."shakes are taking the easy way".....etc....

Considering you have hardly even experianced life i wouldnt vouch on you for experiance, just my personal opinion.
When it comes to training abs, if your doing like 100 reps course you can train 2 days in a row, your hitting slow twich muscle fibres, but if your doing sets of under 15 reps, with heavy weight, your not gonna benifit from training every day.

Noob friend: Hey, summer's closing in. Aren't you going to start with the abs routine?
Me: Eh, I don't know. Hard fitting it into my scheduele. It's mostly about eating less and dropping in fat anyway.
Noob friend: LOL (very surprised face), it's not, I hope you're joking.
Me: Eh... whatever.
Talking weights with newbies is a waste of time.

He who chooses his plan for himself, employs all his faculties. He must use observation to see, reasoning and judgment to foresee, activity to gather materials for decision, discrimination to decide, and when he has decided, firmness and self-control to hold to his deliberate decision.
