Recovery supps dont really do much
Cit mal, lclt are about all that potentially work.

Recovery products don't really work. I used to use C4 for pre workout and loved it. Right now I'm using PhD Wired, and its pretty good, with good value too... Got mine at a local supplement store for $39.99 and it has 60 servings in it.
Another good pre workout I have used is Nutrabolics Swollen!
Best of luck!

I use Bodybuilding.com Platinum Series Scream, Amino Recovery and Post Protocol... It's my triple threat stack and it's been great for my recovery.

You have decreased carbs (and I'm guessing a caloric deficit)... if you're going at the same intensity as you usually would before the carb drop, I'd suggest dropping intensity first. Most "recovery" supps will hardly make a difference, if any at all. Can't expect the same output when the input is decreased.

if you're on a cut, aminos are always good. MET-Rx has cheap aminos(See my signature below for a link)
but nutrition needs to be on point for recovery, as well as rest time. Respect the DOMS.The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity
