    bench 90kg 10reps

    okay so here is the workout i ll be using...

    A
    squat2+3*12..10..8 same weight
    ohp 2+2*12...10 same weight
    dips 2 sets bw max reps
    pullups 4sets 2x reps that of dips


    B
    bench2+3*12...10...8
    row 2*3 12...10...8
    db curl 1 sets 8-15reps

    daily intake 2400kcals

    Lets see how it goes

    eveey time the desured reps are hit up the weight by 5percent
