Calfs where always my weak point, i remember being told i have stick legs (talking about my calfs) From that day on i trained them 2x per week at high volume, and finally they have growen.Originally Posted by Sycoste

Question..do you advise guys who are just starting out (say as a skinny fat guy..15% body fat with a gut but still skinny) with no real strength and muscle on them to go into a 4-5 day split..or go for the strength/mass in workout plans like starting strength and 5x5?
