This is sort of a panic thread, I already have a plan in mind (eat like fuark, sleep earlier) but just want to see if anyone has experienced this.
Been lifting for around 3 months now. I follow SS, had really good gains for the first month. After that my numbers just didn't go up much anymore. As of now my strength is actually decreasing (iknowlolwut) - I used to be able to bench 37.5kg but now it's impossible for me to bench 35 with good form. Used to squat 60kg, now stuck at 50kg with lower back ache to boot. Deadlift back at 50kg from 65kg last month. I deloaded last month by 10kg on these lifts, but after the deloads the numbers are worse than ever. Ran 2 5kms under 40 minutes (i know it sucks) in the last 2 weeks, now my right calf hurts when I squat heavy as well. Today went to gym, OHP 25kg, hurt something in my left shoulder and now when I do heavy pressing motions it hurts too.
Do you guys recommend I take another deload, start over, lift more, lift less, or what? just pitch in with what you got. I am so generous that I will rep people who answer with awesome +1 rep power.
BTW I know the numbers are super weak, I started off at something around 15kg bench press and failing reps at 20kg lol.
