    Looking for a new routine/diet

    Hey Guys.

Got a little comp going on another forum. I've entered a Massive Unit category. Anyways, I need to become more of a massive unit

    FYI: Male, 28, 6.1ft, 105kg.

    Here's my current stats:
DB Bench: 50kg (max weights my gym has)
BB Bench: 115kg (only just started doing it after 1.5yrs, prefer DB bench)
    Deadlift: 190kg
    Squat: 160kg

That gives you a good idea of my lifts I guess.

My current workout is a 6x6 workout.
    6 @ 60%
    5 @ 70%
    4 @ 80%
    3 @ 90%
    2 @ 100%
    1 @ 110%

Slowly incrementing the weight each week. This has been huge for my strength training.

    I train as follows:
Legs: Squat, Leg Press, Calf Raises, Extensions and Leg Curls
Chest: Flat Bench, Incline DB Bench, DB Flies, DB Press (shoulders)
Back: Deadlift, T-Bar Rows (Arnold Style), Cable Pull Downs
    Break:
Chest (DB Bench, kills arms) & Arms and other misc (Pull Ups, Dips, Close Grip Bench, Curls, front raises, side raises etc)
    Break:

    and repeat.

This works well. How should I spice this up with the weight I'm pushing?

    My diet is pretty good.
    7am: 92g Protien Shake
    11am: 300g Chicken Wrap
    2pm: snack of some sort
    5pm: 300g Mince Wrap
    9pm: <something>

So, I need to gain a bit more mass. Especially in my arms and shoulders.

    I have 12 weeks. Suggestions?

Interested to know why a Fully Body workout would be better than what I'm currently doing?

Beginners benefit more from frequency rather than volume.

Read up on it, I can't tell you everything.

You can also gain significantly more strength from full body.

    I'm hardly a beginner.

I'm following a powerlifters routine which is actually working great for me. I really don't prefer a fully body workout. I do long sets with heavy weight.
