hell yea bro, I wouldn't go overboard with the arginine, they say take like 3-5 g in the morning 5g preworkout and 3-5 before bed and im using c4 now and i dont have my bottle in front of me but i think it has like 1g or 1.2 g of arginine per scoop and i been using it for about a month and just take one rounded scoop preworkout. Also if you look into vitamin c that has to do with no during your workout as well. c4 gives me crazy pumps man.

also i took an excess amount of arginine about 2 years ago prob about 15 to 20 g a day and i dont know if you know this but arginine thins your blood a little bit and i used to get random nose bleeds and the doctor told me the arginine was making my blood too thin. so i recoend maybe 3 g before workout with c4 lol

In c4 is 1g arginine per one serving already and I don't know how it will react if I would take more arginine on my own. I'm usually taking 4g of arginine in the mornings so equally it would be 3g extra to c4. In c4 is no glutamine at all, so I wont be such a thing to use it.

There is said that you can not use many things while using c4. There is caffeine and many other things. So I was just wondering... If Im taking arginine and glutamine + c4 and maybe something else than in the end there is going to be different cocktail in the end.

Oh ok, if you want to supplement more arginine and glutamine you can. No problems associated with taking c4 or any other PWO with the added two supps you mentioned.
