    Ryan Hughes Blast Training Programs?

Has anyone done this program? I did his shoulder routine today and it was the most amazing shoulder workout ever, very unorthodox but in a good way. Please post any experience or questions you had with the program, if you want to know what this program is just ask i'll be happy to post it.

wow first off I just wanna saw you are the biggest inspiration in my life right now! i'm so thankful you posted. Chest blast and Arm blast were also amazing workouts i've never felt this good before, is there any back routine you would recommend? I saw the V-taper workout on your bodyblog, sounds intense, is it good for adding definition too?

I don't know if I am missing out on some secret but why do you train back the day after arms? It seems like it would be doing both your back and bis injustice. Your bis are used as secondary muscle group during most back exercises. Shouldn't your bis be resting and won't your back workout suffer to a degree since bis were hit the day before?

The first time I tried the shoulder routine I couldn't finish it. Completely wears you out and the next day you feel it. That said I recommend it highly.

    Blast for Mass

I've been doing this workout for about 12 weeks. This is by far the toughest and most rewarding workout I've followed. I have seen gains in every lift. I was 6'2'' 225 when I started with some belly fat. ( from drinking beer) I decided to try this workout and stop drinking beer. I'm now 232 solid and have actually lost fat while gaining muscle. I'm taking protein and creatine. I bought the ebook with the whole workout. I definitely recommend it. This isn't just for bodybuilders.

It's a complete rip-off. The ebook doesn't even show how to do the exercises and is only 45 pages long. Anyone recommended this on here is probably being paid by Ryan Hughes to give glowing reviews. Save your money.
