    Trap spasms

Messed it up a year ago in the gym, physical therapy, was never the same again...avoided working on them for the last year. Re-injured yesterday military pressing and am on the same recovery path. I think this time around, according to some folks over on the exercise forum section, maybe I should actively strengthen my traps more so than previously, so as to prevent injury further. Is this a pretty solid plan of attack once healed? If anyone has had similar injuries, please share how you dealt with it, prognosis, recovery, etc!

I wanna have hulk like traps.
