Tony, which show are you promoting next for Melbourne?
I went to a show of yours a few years ago when you had Ronnie out, had a good time and seeing Ronnie in person was unreal (although the line was insanely long and couldnt get a word with him). Finding out about local shows can be difficult if you aren't tapped into the right sources.
cheers"Obsessed is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated."

Thanks for the pictures of Sonny, they were amazing. And that Dillet Photo is my new background (possibly my single favourite pro of all time).
ps. The expo was fantastic this year! Last years was good also, but this years was much better. And everyone I spoke to agreed the expo was fantastic!
Just a shame the line for Phil Heath was so large haha

Whether that means intensity, high reps or low reps. Just give it every thing you have, then eat sleep and live to recover.

I cant remember meeting him, not sure if he attended shows or not. Cant comment on him as a person, I didn't know who he was until he passed away. It is always sad to see young people die, so of course I was sad to hear about it. I'm sure it was really hard on his family with all the media attention. As far as him physiques goes, he had great potential to compete. RIP.

Hey Tony,
My Name is Sean and I am 18 years of age, Last year I decide to become a personal trainer because of my past experiences through obesity, eating disorders as well as anxiety and depression. As you know it is very hard to get a start in the Industry and I have been struggling since january. Fortunately I have got some money saved up because I have been working and saving since I was 14. Also my parents help me out a lot, provide me with a place to live and most of my meals for only $35 board a week. I just wanted to let you know your story on the first page has inspired me to do something pro-active and go after my dream of either opening my own training studio or gym. I just called one of my Business mentors from my fitness course and have organised a meeting with him tomorrow. I will also be down the bank first thing tomorrow morning (after ANZAC day) to organise a time to get together.
Cheers Tony I appreciate everything you have shared.
Any info or tips would be great.
Yours in Size and Strength
Sean
