Hi Guys
My current training program recommends egg whites and oats.
some days the egg whites can become too much too cook or not having enough eggs, what other meals do you cook in the morning to get a good serve of protein?
Sometimes i do the protein shake with oats but heard solids are better.
It would be good to hear everyones breakfast tips and ideas.
train hard,

An easy way to cook the eggs is to mix the egg whites in with the oatmeal. Usually around a cup of oats, 1/2 cup egg whites, and finish it off with milk to acquire whatever consistency you want. Then I usually add some peanut butter or almond butter. Delicious!
My other go to is peanut butter on toast or bagel w/ a glass of milk and thats pretty much it.

Nothing but water. I awake, train in a fasted state at about 6:30am and then each lunch at about 12:30pm.
Anyway, if you like eating breakfast then I suggest you eat something you enjoy eating and that fits into your caloric and micro/macronutrient targets for the day.
That said, why do you consume egg whites and not the whole egg?

I do oats with milk and mix in my protein powder with the two. I.e proats.
Tastes so good...been having them for breakfast everyday for two years. You don't have to have eggs in the mornings, i usually eat them in the evenings. As long as you're getting everything in, you're all set. Timing is irrelevant."The woods are lovely, dark and deep. But I have promises to keep, and miles to go before I sleep."

normally
3-4 eggs whole, fried or scrambled in plenty of olive oil
2 slices of toast or tortillas
cheese 2 slices
meat either bacon or ham 3 slices
smoked salmon if i have it around
if i have some kind of salsa I put it on or hot sauce
sour cream
a shake an hour or two after thiswho says love has to be soft and gentle ?

Try eating muesli, it tastes really good and includes lots of fiber. You can add some yogurt or milk. Or you can drink your milk seperately to get more protein cause muesli doesnt have much.
Or try this delicious sandwich, spread some peanut butter over 2 pieces of wholewheat bread, add sliced turkey inside and put it into toast machine. If There Is No Struggle, There Is No Progress
