Can't tell much from that angle, but it looks like the bar is too far away from your shins, which then throws off the rest of the lift.

Review your setup, and make sure you're doing it just like this, every rep; it will put you in your best position, biomechanically, to pull a heavy bar off the floor:

    OT:

Your chasing that bar around before each rep looks like it's a real PITA. Whoever the knucklehead was who thought that putting flat edges on Olympic plates was a good idea, the next time that guy has another 'thought,' he needs to just let it go.
    No brain, no gain.

"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon

Your legs are closing before your hips think of a chain on the top of your head and someone pulling it. For further review reference something called the triangle of power that olympic lifters use. Don't turn it into a stiff leg deadlift
    bench: 280
    squat: 395
    Deadlift: 455
    Push press: 190
    weighted pullup: 110lbs
