Thanks for the advice.
Ideally I go for at least 150g of protein (1g/lbm). However, I have read a couple of different articles on protein and how much we really need. Brad Pilon recommends between 100-130g and another study indicated .82g/BW, which is roughly 1g/lbm. Therefore I really don't mind being a little lower with protein, and I haven't seen much difference. But again, for the most part I do intake at least 150g (90% of the time). I rarely go over 200g.
As for the fat. I have low test (265 ng/DL). From all of my research the one thing that is agreed upon is the importance of fat intake. So really, fat intake with adequate protein intake is my priority. Carbs can suck my weener
Also, you are definitely right about getting enough cals for the daily grind. However, I tend to NOT lose weight unless I'm under 14000 cals for the week. For the most part I'll try to eat lower throughout the week and keep a buffer for Saturday so I can be a little more flexible.
Thanks again. I love comments and feedback.LOGIC / emotion = CONTROL

Saturday/Sunday 12/1-12/2
No working out. Did stretch a lot.
Had a lot of fun going out on Saturday night. Scored tickets to the Clipper game, so I took a good friend of mine and hit the town. Great times. However, I did indulge in gluten infested food! Made it worth it though, Big Mac, Nuggets, McDouble, Oreo Cookies, Milk, Pizza, wings.... lol. It's funny that eating this sh!t really does affect my body, mood, sleep, stomach, etc. I feel a little hungover from it all to be honest. A little shaky.LOGIC / emotion = CONTROL
