Nice Dead PR.
I'd definitely go with the single prong. I hate getting stuck in the double prong!!!!Better Body Sports

the lever looks nice, i was just wondering how well the lever held up.
so i need to measure around my belly for fitting right? while puffing out like i normally would press against my belt?
sorry for the silly noob questions.
I know how ya feel, Thad. I can't stand double prong. Mine is hard to get in and out of. the first month or so, i had to have a friend peel it off of me after every set

Rehab/Deload
Saw the physical therapist yesterday. She said it seems like I've got some impingement going on. And reccommended that I do a ton of upper back work for my rear delts and rhomboids. I like her already.
Supps
2 con-cret caps
1.5 scoops Beta-Cret
Rehab Cycle
Band Pull Aparts
Arm Adduction
several other excercises that I don't know how to explain. Basically lots of stuff with slow, controlled rotation, and lots of scapular retraction stuff.
Workout
Pushdowns with mini and monster mini band
Pendlay Rows 3 sets of 5 with 135
Face Pulls with micro mini and mini band. high reps
Pretty boring workout. Doesn't look like much but the rehab work was pretty tiring, I was using my upper back in ways that I've never done, and it was challenging with 0 weight. Hoping to get this injury taken care of quickly and get back to work.
Considering westside as the new routine. Either that or just focus on bench/squat/dead on 5/3/1 and then maybe add in an events day where I could do a little overhead. I feel like the volume of BBB isn't helping my injury right now.

Dynamic(ish) Squats/Deads.
Supps
1.5 scoops blue raz con-cret
2 scoops blue raz Beta-cret
Warmup
Walking around getting things set up
Band Stomps
Squats
All of these were box squats, done off a box thats right around parallel. The working sets were done in doubles, stopping on the box, then exploding up quickly.
Barx5
95x5
95x5
135x5
8 sets of 2 with 155. About 30-45 seconds in between sets.
Speed Pulls
Light deads pulled as quickly as possible. Supposed to be around 50% to start, but I went a little lighter.
135x3
8 singles of 185
Looped a monster mini under my feet and did another pull like that.
Goodmornings
We did all of these off the pins. GMs are still fairly new to me, so I'm keeping them light until i get comfortable with the motion.
95x5
95x10
95x10
Sled Drags
100 feet in one direction (slight uphill). Then 100 feet back.
2 trips dragging with arms, backpeddling.
2 trips walking forward with sled hooked to my belt.
Enjoyed the workout. But i need to bolt my rack down so I can start using bands.

I'm not sure how many plates you have but here's what I do since I don't want bolt down my rack so I can rearrange stuff w/ the addition of new equipment
Larks head band around bottom of rack
Put band end that goes on the bar through the middle of a 45 before putting it on the bar and lay the 45 on the rack
Put filler sandbags (or 45's) on the corners of my rack.
Of course I do DE band squats about once a quarter (yes finance geek) so whatever.Better Body Sports

Not a bad idea at all. I've thought about just weighing down the rack with some extra plates.
My dad said he could drill some holes and help me bolt it to the floor, so I'm hoping to get that done soon.
(I'm awful at stuff like that)
The dynamic squats would be pretty fun with bands, the light weight gets heavy really fast when you're doing 8 sets of 2

They're kind of pricey if you don't catch em on sale.
I want another mini, micro mini, and monster mini and thats gonna run like 27 for them as singles.
I figure I'll probably end up spending about 60 bucks a year on new bands depending on their condition. I'm afraid of one of them breaking. I have this awful feeling that it's gonna be during a set of face pulls.
