Don't want to clutter with another thread, but along the same lines....

How often do they make a new book? I have a 2004 version from a friend. Should I get a new one? Will this one give me close to the same info? I think in 10 years this industry has changed a lot, but just checking.

I feel like this chapter was sort of a summary of the last few along with showing how to put together a program. As along as you know the acute variables for each type of training I think you will be fine. Thats what i took from that chapter atleast, I paid more attention to how to put everything together rather than the charts which are mainly copies from the previous chapters.

If I were you I would probably just get a new one. I purchased the newest text on amazon for around 50$, so not too much. I actually have a brand new one I got when i bought the exam. PM if your interested
