im assuming youd have the creatine effects and you'd also lose water weight (if the water loss pill works and isnt a scam like most supps lol.)

if i wanted to lose water weight i would rather do it this way: drink at least 1 gallon of water every day for at least 2 weeks, and continue to do so for.. as long as you possibly can.. lol.. years..

if i wanted to lose extra water weight id go in the sauna for a few hours, but it would only be temporary and i see no point in doing this unless you have a competition or fight that you need to dry out/lose water weight for
