Flat DB Press

Everything is 10+ reps and 8+ sets and normally takes 45 minutes more or less.

Going to start doing more decline and flies.

BTW, palms facing in hits the side of the chest pretty hard.

Haha, maybe but I got really good results and I always take rests between sets and sometimes split my chest day in 2 e.g Incline in the afternoon and flat at night.

Not enough equipment (no proper bench and squat rack) and don't want to risk injuring my back at such a young age but I definitely will do some sort of strength training when I get older (15-16)and reach my full potential height, 5'10" to 5'11".

So now I'll just stick to isolations and bodyweight
