I do chest 2 weeks minimum and if I can, I try 3.
Incline DB Press
Incline DB Press with palms facing in
Flat DB Press
Flat DB Press with palms facing in
Everything is 10+ reps and 8+ sets and normally takes 45 minutes more or less.
Going to start doing more decline and flies.
BTW, palms facing in hits the side of the chest pretty hard.
