Not exactly sure how the different fuels burn, but while I think Kero is going to burn more dirty.....anything that produces a flame produces carbon monoxide. It may produce very little, I'm not sure, but if it produces it and it can collect in the area you're in you can be hurt by it. CM is colorless and odorless too, so you may not even know its around you. You should always have a detector to let you know when the levels have been established (******t air isn't supposed to have any CM in it.)

Alright I doubt I'll have any CM problems, but to be safe I'll get a detector. So far it seems a propane heater is my best bet. There's so many options out there, what would be a good store to go look at some? Lowes like mentioned before?

The propane heaters say for outside use though? At least the one's linked. Considering I'm only using it for an hour or 2 max I don't think it'd be too much of a problem? I might be wrong?

Back Seat Truck Heaters – Best Back Seat Heater....This back seat model is convenient and is a good option when you do not have good heat in the back of the vehicle. It is made for supplemental heat, not as a replacement for your regular heater. You have to connect it directly to your battery with the wiring. You will need some tools and minor electrical skills. It is lower watt and will not harm your battery. It comes with a 20-foot wiring harness and has an in-line 30-amp fuse. This is made for truckers with a sleeping cab who just need a bit of extra heat. You can check out https://automotivecraze.com/best-car-heaters/ for more information on this heater.
