yea because strengthening my back is making it worse right? Pls go. You don't even do deads if I remember correctly from some thread. Forgive me if I'm wrong.
It does a little bit for me, but not much. I've done deads a few times on back day to test it out and the difference made was not much.

a smart choice would to alternate deadlift and squat each week, on squat day focus on hamstrings after and on deadlift day focus on quad after.

I do stiff legged deadlifts which are great for hamstrings right after squats on leg day. I do regular deadlifts on back day.
