OP looks like he lifts. Standing next to your 5'8 manlet ass he'd tower you and make you look like a shrimp.
Also, if I'm not mistaken OP was anorexic when he started out. From anorexic to 230lbs is a pretty good accomplishment. Have you not considered that he has possibly reached his natty limit? Once you reach that, you aren't going to get any bigger without some juice.
Oh yeah, *******.

To each their own. I squat 500, dead 640, bench 405 at 225lbs. Lighting, camera angles and so forth can make a body like a certain way.
Just because I've been on the forums for 8 years doesn't mean I have to be 300lbs. And if you know anything about my history you will know I was recovering from Anorexia 8 years ago at a weight of 120lbs.

inspiring stuff man. may be a little late to say it but i dont think so...congratulations on overcoming anorexia and becoming a beast. Do you have a shirt that says "I kicked Anorexia's ass"?

oh my wow...
Your life will never be a straight path.â€
“To not only take risks, but to be open to life. To accept new views and to be open to new opinions. While it may be frightening, it will also be rewarding. Because the chances you take… the people you meet… the people you love…the faith that you have—that’s what’s going to define your life.â€
