Background:
I am currently about 190lbs with a waist of about 33.4 inches. I have been struggling to lose weight for the past year or so. I have always been 10-20lbs away from abs and my body is refusing to let go. My goal is to be 175lbs by my birthday, October 20th. Join me in my journey to obtain a Godlike physique.
Diet:
8 hour Eating Window: 4pm-12pm
Lifting Days- 2400 calories, 190g Protein
Non Lifting Days- 1700 calories close to paleo

Week 1 Day 2
Workout:
Completed 30 minutes on the Elliptical at a Moderate-High Intensity. Lvl 5 averaging 180 watts throughout
Diet:
Stayed pretty clean today, however I need to decrease carbohydrate intake on the next nonlifting day.
~1344, 73g Fat, 59g Carbs, 178g Protein
Summary:
First couple days are easy but i know it only gets harder from here. My mini goal for now is to stay consistent with diet for 10 days straight then reevaluate diet. Tomorrow is higher calorie day and I'm planning on two sessions at the gym.

During the morning, I trained Core with a girl I was training.
DTP Chest/Back
A1. Incline DB Press 40x30, 50x20 70x10 85x5 85x5
A2. Lat DB Rows 40x30, 45x20, 50x10, 60x5, 50x5
B1. Flat DB Press 85x5, 85x5, 60x10, 50x20, 35x30
B2. Trap DB Rows 50x5, 50x5, 40x10, 35x20, 30x30
Diet:
2400, 114g Fat, 214g Carbohydrates, 170g Protein
Summary:
Felt really weak in the gym today. Was one of those "just getting through it" workouts.

Haven't been a great weekend for fat loss. Diet went to crap and didnt get to workout as much. Hit the restart button yesterday and did DTP legs. Diet was around 2200 calories. Today is lower calorie day and ma go a little lower than usual to make up for weekend. Regardless of the sleep up I will hit my desired weight by October 20th.

Week 2 Day 9
Completed 80 minutes of Low Intensity walking on an incline followed by 5 minutes of Ab Circuits.
~500 calories used

Havent been tracking or doing anything correctly. I am going give RFL a try for 12 days in order to knock out weight fast. Have done it before with success however its really hard. Moderate weight loss doesnt work for me. I need to see results each day.
Acctually started today and will make a new log.
