Not enough room
It is. I would've stopped after the marathon... BUT TREE FIDDY.
So the workout hit me with a pretty solid second wind type feeling. I left it feeling a lot better than I entered it, that's for sure, at least.
I ended up doing 6 sets of squats at the top weight I could handle. I also want to clarify I did MACHINE squats today to make sure I had some built in stability since I'm still pretty wobbly from the marathon. So definitely no bad ass there.
Did 5 sets of deadlifts but was seeing stars at the final two reps of 275x5 (yeah yeah laugh it up *******s) so just ended it there.
Did the pullups and did bench at only 185x10 for 3 sets, but really focused the negative and brought it down SLOOOOOWWWW and then exploded it back up.
Really went hard after abs to finish up. I did weighted incline situps 7x15 for a total of 105. After that I hit bicycle crunches for another 400 so I could break 500 stomach reps. Will it actually make a difference by Saturday? lol no... but damn near anything's worth a shot since I feel like I'm so close, yet so far from my goal.

ah i recommend 5/3/1 always but that is mostly because i havent done any of the 5x5 programs. PM me an email address and i will send you the 5/3/1 manual(pdf file). i am just glad you fixed your squat form and depth! lol i will pull 600 pounds off the floor before the end of this year or will kill myself trying! my squat con go to hell for all i care
You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

Carb depleted... which honestly I've pretty much been the entire 12 weeks lol.
Tomorrow I'm going to start loading in the evening with a potato or something, and another in the morning ramping into pics.
My sodium is pretty non-existant right now and I've already cut water back. Tomorrow I'll go even lower and then Saturday morning try to not really drink any until pics.

im down to 66 ounces and 750mg of sodium today, tomorrow is 33 ounces and as little sodium as possible (which is alot harder than u would think)
i havent decided if im gonna start tomorrow night or early saturday morning but i have bananas and sweet potatoes already, and yes its gerber baby food, dead srs|~| EXTREME PULL UPS CREW |~|

Its really hard to believe that this is my last fasted cardio walk during the contest.
Its hard to believe that 12 weeks ago I was 50 lbs fatter!
Its hard to believe just a few days ago, I was able to do a marathon with my knee issues.
Tomorrow I take my "final pics" and essay. Already. Its amazing how quickly this has flown by but thanks to everyone that's followed along, lurker or poster.
Even after this ends, I won't be ending this log. I still have too much work to do on myself. And probably 3ish lbs of fat I'd still like to work off. So ill use this log as a method of staying accountable to myself and check in once a week or something along those lines with updates.
