Love it. Well worth remembering by all of us.
That saying was going through my mind as I was dying on the dread-mill

Boot camp is actually 3x/week Tues, Thurs & Sat (Tuesday in the warmer months is 1.5 hrs but right now it's an 1 hr and Thurs is always 1.5 hrs.) Sun, Mon & Friday will be either yoga, zumba or running and Wednesday nights I am have other commitments so Wednesday will be either totally off or a morning run or something.
Last night was a great workout except for the fact I was severly low in calories and I heard about it through the WHOLE workout - lol! She gave me a talking to about my nutrition lol. I needed the workout though and just as I suspected I slept like a baby. We did legs last night...my butt hurts and so do my legs a bit. Tonight is Zumba Party!!!

    The workout, not in order:

    Run @ 5.0
    Walk @ incline 3.2 pace
Lifting weights at the same time 8lbs, hammer curls, shoulder press, overhead tricep extension.

    1 min bench step ups
walking lunges x 10lbs (2 lengths of corridor)
plie pulse squats into full plie squat X 25lbs 1min
    leg press (high feet) 170x12
wall sit with bicep curl x 10lbs (30 sec), 30 sec just wall sit no weight

Ran through this 3 times .... very little cals I was pretty tired lol

Wow. I read that and I felt calorie deprived! Sounds exhausting. And yeah... I figure that will melt away a few inches!

Thanks Sean! Hopefully my fingers won't be too sore to type lol. It will be tough fo sho! When I did the bootcamp for the first time in the summer (which was outside) it was on day where we were having a heat wave (high 30s - celsius) and we were running and doing plyos for 1.5 hrs. When I was done, I was seriously "scared" of going back!! It did get easier but wow I felt and probably was very unfit!!! Indoors for now, so not sure what to expect....I imagine lots of burpees, jump squats, and other plyo madness ....

    TONIGHT IS BOOOOOOOOOT CAMP!!!!

I saw this video this morning and OMG it's so awesome!!! The boys will probably like it for very different reasons lol. I would to be able to do what she does and I sure as hell would love to have a body like that! I really like the music too very "yoga-esqe". This video inspired me to sign up for the hot yoga - power vinyasa after bootcamp tonight. Enjoy.

Have a co-op student coming in today (not sure if I will be able to post) ... I'm really hoping she can help me get caught up...I'll start her off with the super fun jobs of filing etc
