In other cactusflower news....
I started a new "diet" regimine today...so far, so good. Have to alter one of the foods though...didn't taste very good this morning so I threw half of it out lol.
I had a very enlightening night last as I slept...call me crazy but a lot of questions got answered...I woke up with new eyes. LOVE THAT!.
New: I said a while ago I was going to have a crush from bb.com bench press me when I reached my goal weight.....scratch that. LOL! You would think with 7 years I got my black....I was 2 away from black and got my brown. So close! By the time I reached my Brown belt and prepping for my next belt (one before black) I was getting boooored and was about the time I started working at a gym. I would love to go back (it was an amazing stress reliever) but it's hard finding places close by and that teach Karate (which is what I did). Most places are MMA or tae kwon do.
So another busy day for me.
Court in the a.m. and court in the p.m. yip yip yay! lol The upside is I'll be finishing early. I didn't train last night with Angie b/c i got out of work later so I am hoping to meet up with her today before bootcamp..yes double whammy!
Guys...I was "good" yesterday then when I got home I bombed. I had waited too long to eat and did not eat clean. I had pizzaI'm realizing a lot of it is habit (it was fast and easy and I was starving) so I need to have more food with me that's easy to eat .....
The other morning day when Angie was drilling into my head about eat smaller meals more often....the next day our co-op student was in and she told me she eats once a day (at dinner). It did click b/c she was not fit, did not have a good figure and you could clearly see she was carrying extra weight.
