It's been busy the last few days and I wasn't feeling great - but I am better now
Worked out on Sunday and aimin for one tonight after work.
Sunday's workout - FYI, I've pretty much changed my workout style from a typical BB workout - so I don't do splits anymore. More
full body with cardio mixed in.
Warmup: 20 minutes cardio - used my step for this and some pumpn' tunes (remember I was an aerobics fanatic in the early 90s)
lying chest press (on the floor) with 10 lbs -
held left arm up static - pressed right side x20
held right arm static - pressed left side x20
pressed both sides together x 30
leg split thingy -
lying on floor on back, legs up in air, pulse legs open for 2 counts and close - that's 1 rep - repeated 40 times
same as above but added 10lbs chest press x30
40 mountain climbers off step (hand on step)
red resistance band (lightest) - lying row - (picture a bent over BB row but on your back) x 40
50 crunches
60 donkey kicks per leg
black resistance band (med) - lying row - (picture a bent over BB row but on your back) x 40
hip thrust x50
hip thrust x40 with 10 lb chest press
50 crunches
BW squat x 40
squat with 10 lb bicep curl x 40
10 lb single arm tri extension x 30
and that was that. No rest or very little between exercises. No plyo moves b/c my stomach was nauseous - hence why a lot was on the floor lolJournal but the 2020/2021 ed. ---> https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=141049421

From last page;
Imo its time we look at the good things we have and not focus on the negative and lament who we are not. I achieved my physical goals once upon a time and was too focused on making improvements that I did not appreciate the accomplishment for what it was. 10 years later I learned the value of patience and acceptance of oneself. A little too slow for my liking, but at least I got there. At the end of the day it is the responsibility of the individual to find acceptance within themselves and to quit looking to others for re-assurance.
Good session Cactus.
