Just checking in!
Sounds like you are really putting yourself through the ringer! Just make sure you are getting enough recovery in there too, ok?
Other than that, I can't really comment other than to say Keep on Keeping on!"The LORD is my Strength and my Song, and He has become my Salvation! This is my God, and I will praise Him, my Father's God and I will exalt Him!" - Exodus 15:2

I'll have to start taking it regularly again.
Yep!
I am lol! first week of bootcamp is like that though. I will definitely be sure to get rest...I don't want injuries getting in the way of progress.
***just checked yoga schedule. Tomorrow will be rest day. There is a yoga sculpt at 7 which isn't what I really want tomorrow. So tomorrow will be OFF ****
^^^^
I fibbed. I took Monday off...so may ho to the gym tomorrow and do some traditional weights and cardio.....ok going to catch some of Y&R before going back to work!!!Last edited by cactusflower; 01-12-2012 at 01:15 PM.

lol that's just it...I don't know lol maybe running? I have been doing a lot of squats, walking lunges and wall sits but normally I would feel anything like that in my lower quad (like tear drop area) ... unless it's from some of the ab exercises? Lots of leg lifts, ball roll outs (don't know what to call them) ..... Thanks! I was surprised with the measurements....I was afraid they would have reversed!! lol

Thank you Hoos!
I missed bootcamp this morning. I woke up at 6, fed George and went back to bed because I had a head splitting, mind numbing headache. I told myself, I just need to sleep for about another hour or so and I'll be ok. When I woke up, with still a bit of a headache, I looked at the clock.....it was 12 NOON!!!! I can't remember the last time I slept that long and I went to bed around 10, 10:10:30. I knew I was tired but day-um! I do feel a lot better though
Tomorrow is yoga which I will definitely do!
Love this!!! : Hope you do too!

5 tweens!!!! lol I would love to be there!
The yoga class is called Hatha Vinyasa and although not hot she will turn on one or two of the heat lamps. Then the last 15 minutes we are in a restorative pose and she if we want she puts aromatherapeutic oil on our temples ..... it's soooooooooooooo relaxing!!!!Journal but the 2020/2021 ed. ---> https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=141049421
