So today is Sarah and my 4 year anniversary! We're actually going out to get some Mexican in a few minutes . Macros today will be somewhere in the 1800 cal range + mexican food lol. So I should definitely be in the low 3k range, which is right on target. Just started school again yesterday and wow am I rusty at math... It's starting to come back though, so I should be all good. I have a pretty busy day, so I will be posting a food porn bomb tomorrow . Everyone have a great weekend!

I'm not either actually... it's funny, when you're in a deficit, food pron is like amazing and you want to be back on the bulk train. When you're in a surplus for a while, you're full and bloated almost all the time, food isn't quite as appealing. Interesting how that works lol.

Well it's cold out, I was doing homework all morning and studying, so when it came time to do cardio, I was too lazy to drive to the gym lol. So I jumped rope and boxed the heavy bag for 25 minutes. Worked up quite a sweat. Now it's time to chill and take a study break while I watch the Giants and packers. Go giants! lol. Pre bed last night was pretty spectacular! (see pornz below)

Scivation vanilla blondies topped w/ pb cream cheese frosting & trader joe's cookie butter


mexican turkey burger on potato bread, diced apple, spinach


marinated center cut pork chop, apple sauce, green beans, baked potato w/smart balance


scivation vanilla blondies
1 whole egg + 1 white
35g. scivation vanilla heaven
60g. apple sauce
60g. ffgy
70g. ww flour
70g. white flour
1tsp baking powder
cinnamon + splenda
6g. sf/ff vanilla pudding mix
6g. sf/ff butterscotch pudding mix
6oz almond milk
1tsp vanilla

Blend with a mixer and put in a greased brownie pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool and then top w/whatevs!

Unfortunately, they're not much different. I threw them in the freezer to increase their density, however they're not like real brownies

Last time I weighed myself, I was 163.8, so definitely a lot lighter than the last time you saw me. Weight will be on the rise though!
