This thread was created for the purpose to track mine, and some of my friends i've made on these forums progress over the New Year. This thread is intended just for these individuals, and we politely ask you to PM me or one of the other members if you wish to partake in this workout log.
Rules:
No nudity
No rep trading
no trolling
We will be keeping progress primarily of the big 3 (Bench, Deadlift, Squat) intermittently. Any other accessory lifts you guys want to document is fine as well.

Bench:
185 lbs for 12 reps
I don't sqaut or deadlift so these dont apply to me, srs.
I want to be able to bench 225 lbs for whatever reps by MayThe Misc is dead.

Doing PHAT right now, making great progess with a strict diet
db inclined 75's x5 my last workout fuarkkk, it's weird though because I flat bench 80's x6
I want to flat bench 90's by late february. also I just started working on my negatives for volume days. Lowering the weight and doing a 3 second negative every rep, never really worked on them before so hopefully it helps

^not too far behind on db bench, I finally hit 75's on flat the other day but can't get it on incline.
Been doing Lyle's Upper/Lower for quite a while. I finally got 175 on bench, hoping to get 185 for reps over the course of this, and dl 285. No squats, come at me.

Currently:
Bench - 245 for 3 x 6
Squat - 315 for 3 x 6
Deadlift - 345 for 3 x 7-8
Already happy with the squat and so any more would just be better. Hoping to get bench to 275 for 3 x 6 and deadlift 405 for reps. I'll try and post vids once I get my deadlift to 405.
