Just curious. Does this actually pertain to anyone on this site? Are there like NCAA athletes here asking what they can and cannot take? Or is it just a bunch of people speculating and debating for no real reason? Because if you're not in the NCAA why do you care? Take what you want right? Like i said, I'm genuinely curious. Not trying to come off rude or anything.

I was playing NCAA sports for 5 years at a decent level and used this site as a resource since my trainers weren't available 24/7. Really helped my nutrition while staying within regulations.

Yes. The NCAA is only the governing body for college sports in America. They would have no jurisdiction outside of that.
