    I find if my elbows pint down then my rear delts disengage and the bar falls off my back. Personally I've made my elbows about 60° from parallel to the floor and I find that helps me.

    Oops, that's what I meant. They're .5". I get some pain in my popliteus when I used the other ones, so I'm hoping that the shorter heel doesn't cause me any issues. They did fix the velcro issue.

    It's going great! We just got our 41st member which puts us 34 away from our goal of 75. Once we pass that we'll be able to pay our rent/utilities on memberships alone.

    Hey Eric. Have any recommendations on how to determine which heel height would work best for someone who's never worn weightlifting shoes? I have no problems reaching depth in tennis shoes, if that helps. Thank you!

    lol, probably won't be a USAPL meet seeing as how we don't really have the space for a bigger meet. It will most likely be an APA or Raw United event. That October 20th meet will probably be my debut as a 242er though.
