    I use a magic wand ftw. It can be seen in one of my videos for my MyoFusion review. Allows me to target what's not mixed rather than hoping for the best with a blender... Easier clean up too. Love it.

    I surprised myself today, in a damn good way I might add. After a day of running around with my family, getting errands done I had a damn good training day...Very happy with the PR on Leg Extensions as I've been eyeing that for quite some time now. Happy New Years to me

    good work today with just recovering from the back pain to. How did that feel doing squats do far into the workout? Feel like that would hurt it. But with 4 scoops con cret before. Nice prs also.

    Thanks raggy! Squats felt great, was just in a great zone today.

    Yep 4 scooping da CON-CRET is never a bad thing, sh!tz is magic.

    The C4 was barely a full scoop, end of tub sorta thing..the HYPER fx I've never done 2 full scoops as it's tons O caffeine power in there.

    I just tried posting a long message explaining the downsides of leg extensions, but since BB.com likes to sign me out every time I close my browser it didn't post. Basically having your feet free as opposed to fixed (squats, lunges, hack squats, box squats, leg press/squat press) it leaves the risk of there being shearing forces on your knees. I personally had minor tears in the back of my knee during high school and learned that doing extensions frequently led to some killer pain. Not saying to stop doing them entirely as with lower weights they are a great hypertrophy exercise for upper quad development and that mind/muscle connection on the contraction, but try to incorporate other quad exercises in occasionally as well to keep the knees safe.

    Other than that, nice weights there brah I did my leg extension stack awhile ago and then got bored with it haha

    Indeed, great points in there ^ I've read the same thing but I don't do these that often and truly believe back pad placement, foot pad placement, etc.. greatly reduces knee strain. It's a great exercise to do, but once in awhile. Part of the reason my PR lift surprised me so much is I haven't done these in a bit. Pleasantly surprised.

    [ SOME THOUGHTS ]

    This was my first full workout with my new home gym so it wasn't a great workout but I did get to hypertrophy with each routine. It will take some getting use to and is not pro quality but does the job in a pinch. Tomorrow morning I got the chest, triceps and cardio. Tomorrow is also the start of my cut. Will miss bulking but looking forward to looking shredded!
