I work on my chest first which includes a total of 9 sets of bench press, incline/decline press, pec flys, dumbell bench press. I usually rotate each week doing 3 of those exercises. After i finish that, train my triceps for 9 sets doing skullcrushers, close grip bench press, extensions, pulldowns, etc for 4 to 8 reps for each set. Is 9 sets after my chest workout a good amount to work on my triceps, or do i need to go higher, or lower?
