what is beta-cret you say?
Well... per promera's bb.com store...
"Beta-Cret is a Micro-Concentrated Pre-Workout Intensifier, delivering (4.3grams) per serving that supports dramatic performance through increased carnosine levels leading to improved muscle gains.* The benefits of BETA-CRET is increased phosphatecreatine concentrations, impact on the build-up of lactic acid and buffering hydrogen ions when training. BETA-CRET has only 125mg of caffeine and contains no 1-3 dimethylamyalamine. Combined with COP (Creatinol-O-Phosphate) and 500mg of CON-CRET allows you to have better focus and concentration to squeeze those extra reps in a workout.* One serving prior to your workout is all you need."

WOW! Thanks for the awesome start Smiley!
I'm the other half of this log... here's a bit about me:
My name is Mercy, aka- NewBeginning
As a kid I loved muscles and wanted to be buff. I thought I'd marry Arnold and become an American Gladiator, lol ahh to be a kid again. In High School I was a swimmer and water polo player and hung out with the boys in the weight room. I didn't know what I was doing but had tons of fun pretending. Life happened and 10 years later I found myself married and at my heaviest- 135 all fat. Lost 15lbs with cardio and bodyweight exercises... yep still unhappy with my body, I stumbled on this site.
After tons of research, reading people's journals, and bodyspace's I regained my love for muscles and realized it's my turn...
Stats:
Height: 5'2"
Weight: 120
Goals:
I'm currently bulking and looking to put on about a good 10-15lbs in the span of 8 months or so. Once, I hit my target I'll then cut back down and see what I've built. If I'm happy I'm considering competing, most likely in figure, or if I still feel too small I'll just begin the bulk/cut cycle again.
Being such a noob I haven't tried any supp's but now that I know how my body reacts to my workouts I was searching for something... and this just fell into my lap! I'm so happy to be able to be part of this opportunity and am excited to see how Beta-Cret will help me kick aZs in the gym! I can't wait to start seeing results!

That was just cold pritch.
And, more reps will be coming your way for vids.
Hope you are feeling better.
Nice job on the front squats...and then I noticed you pressed 75# too. Excellent and I am slightly embarrassed. My current log

A step backwards is better than a setback.
If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.
