    How pathetic is a 13minute mile?

    Starting to do cardio again after a long hiatus... Was feeling like I couldn't breathe and was about to throw up during and after the 13minute mile lulz.

    Im still weezing when I take a deep breath 15 mins later. Please tell me it gets better.

    i figure any bro worth a phuck and not on gear should be able to get around a 14 minute 2 mile with about 4 weeks of training. fastest i ever ran was 11:45 but i was like a buck 65.

    if you're up in the mid 200's, you'll be slower, just too hard to oxygenate that much mass.

    Considering I do the 1.5mile in 8:49 I'd say your 13minute 1mile is pretty terrible I once ran 13minutes on the 1.5mile and I was walking half of it with cramp (srs)

    8 min and i make no effort to increase it. Once I started doing legs alot it just went down a good couple minutes without any effort whatsoever.
    I can also front kick about 6 feet into the air.

    but srsly brah, you gotta start somewhere...I was out of breath at like 1/2 a mile when I started running, I don't really run anymore...maybe like once every 2 weeks but..I can go a good 6-7 miles straight now in around 40-45 min, just gotta build up that stamina, good luck broseph...take it slow

    Edit: Try going a bit further each time...that seemed to help me alot...don't over do it...If you run outside, set landmarks/or watch the mile markers if on a trail that you want to reach each time, having a goal helps a ton.
