I like the keto diet and it works very well on me. And consistency is the key here not to mention a very small room for error with the macros.
My question is how do you get to eat this style all the time or most of the time? I have no problem preparing my meals at home. But what if your outside busy with work and socializing? do you bring in your own food all the time?

Theres ton's of options you just gotta think out side the box. Though some of these are not best choices, you still have choices. Subway no buns or get a salad, hit a local deli or grocery store and grab what you need or bring your own food. There's many more options but these are just a few and I like the already stated McDouble - bun = happy guy!

Plastic containers and plastic utensils, insulated bag with an ice pack for:
Egg, tuna or salmon salad w/chopped green and red peppers, celery.
Sardines (if you like them) w/ cheese cubes (provolone ftw) and olives.
Container of cottage cheese.
Salami and cream cheese roll-ups.
Mixed green salad with olive oil.
Deli meats: roasted turkey breast, roasted pork (not the paste that's extruded and formed, get the real thing), unbreaded chicken breast fingers.
At a restaurant get your animal flesh, pass on the carbs (bread, potatoes, pasta, rice) and ask for another vegetable. Get a green salad with grilled chicken or shrimp; get wings as long as they're baked uncoated, and not coated and fried."Go home, have a beer and smash something. That's what I would do" - Unknown (but probably Thor).

Thanks with for bunless burger suggestion.
Upon checking my favorite at Mcdonald's:
QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE NO BUN:
Calories:250
Total fat:16 grams
Carbs: 6grams
Protein:19grams
Percent of calories:
Fat: 59%
Carbs: 9.8%
Protein: 31%
6grams of carb is negligible right? considering our max is 25-30g of carbs per day?

true story
OP, everyone hit the nail on the head.
I always come prepared. That way I don't run into problems in the first place.
I work various hours sometimes my days start as early as 4am and end as late as midnight. Pack a cooler with icepacks and pack 3-4 meals in there. Spread 'em out 4-5 hours and your golden...The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. ~Henry Rollins

i order no bun and then put in on a salad... throwing out carrots and tamatoes
kfc got rid of the grilled double down, which is probably the biggest mistake in fast food since the "McLean" burger (look it up, people are stupid!)
also, even if your jammed up and you only have a gas station with a spinning glass window, they probably still have a beef stick and some cheese.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=608052853&posted=1#post608052853

I'll often try and find a store that does chicken sticks (ones that aren't crumbed), most of them I find are oily so probably have a reasonable fat to protein ratio.
Like others say, meat is a good option too. I'm keeping my calories a bit lower for when I go out with the missus tonight to Brazillian BBQ for a special treat, lots of meat and haloumi cheese should keep the ratios about right.
Probably the best option of all is taking the food with you as per other posts, other than those special occasions where you say **** it, always better when you can be more precise regarding the ratios of whatever you're eating.

Carbs, processing and sugars come at us a lot harder, no doubt. But meats and greens are everywhere. One only has to skip the norm, and opt instead for the exception--old school food.
