I just do a 4 day split sometimes 5 if i have time. chest/tris. back/bis. legs. shoulders. ( arm day if i have a free day )
but for legs i always start regular squats do about 4 sets and then the last set drop weight and do 30 reps. then leg presss then lunges ( if im feeling it ) then onto leg extensions. hammies - lying leg curl, stiff deads, single leg curls. calves - standing and seated calf raises ( they need work )Www.RugbyWarfare.com | Ultimate Rugby Source

Ye everyone tells me that. " mate you must be able to squat a house " in reality I don't squat massive numbers. I used to go parallel and squat up to 170kg for reps but ATG for me is soo much better and going proper ATG the weight has to come off the bar. yee I am around 190 pounds right now, you look leaner son. If i were to be shredded I would probably be around 175-180 i would imagine

you are 5ft 4 with much smaller legs? your short limps should help you out a ton in the leg department.
27inches. ye i do fit but they are tight. I like wearing chinos and carrot jeans but i have to buy a good few waist sizes bigger for them to fit. sucks but all worth it.Www.RugbyWarfare.com | Ultimate Rugby Source

I'm a power lifter not a body builder. Does my trainer know what he's doing?
