Nice! Yeah I've collected a few, got knee to ankle sock, both feet, thumbs, thigh and then the ones you can see
Good luck with your journey dude, just stay consistent and don't beat yourself up if you slip up, diet wise. I found that was my biggest issue. I used to get really down on myself.If it was easy, everyone would be fit... How bad do you want it?

Hi guys
am bordering on obese to heavily obese at the moment and have been struggling with weight loss, found this forum and thread and thought what the hell i need help.
Thanks for all the people who have contributed it shows that with the right motivation and effort anyone can change themselves. Just did the bodyspace thing and
got my wife to take pics to upload, they really brought it home for me.
I prefer to use kettlebells over traditional weights so if anyone has any advice please feel free to chip in.
Anyway, i just thought i would say hi and thanks.

From 281 to 192
Lifted heavy 3x a week, cardio on non weight lifting days and consistently eating at a calorie deficit.
