Yea, i cut down to 170lbs, Just started leangains 2 weeks ago, I was at 176lbs when i started, now im 178... I stay at maintenance on rest days with high fat (130-140g) and low carb (130-140g) and on training day I do +500 calories and go low fat (60-80g) and high carb (340-350g) and once a week i get 400+g carbs on a lifting day, usually my hardest workout day... Always around 200g protein though...

My transformation
Thoughts on my transformation?
I know I've still got a lot of work... this is from Sept 2010 on the left, to Dec 2011. About a year of cutting, and then a month and half of bulking, since I knew the holiday was upcoming... I am really glad I did, because I maintained a very disciplined bulk and I think I made some gains, anyway.
Thoughts welcome...
trans.JPGSept 2010: 248.8 lbs
Nov 2011: 162 lbs
Dec 2011: 172 lbs (mini bulk, and a few holiday cheats)
Jan 2012: cutting again....
Hmm... somebody's traveling light!... Meh, maybe you're getting stronger.... Well, I have been eating more!
