Wish I'd stumbled across this thread during my round 1 transformation - there's some very inspiring posts in here!
Hers my journey so far guys
On the 05 of March 2012 I started my first 12 week transformation following Kris Gethins 12 Week Daily video trainer.
I finished my first 12 weeks and saw some amazing results but I'm no where near done yet!
I was a big dude ( in a very bad way though ) I was rocking in at just over 125 KG at 185.4cm
In Short my health was in a very bad way because of my weight and I had to do something about it.
I don't drink or smoke all of it was down to poor diet, which is terrifying looking back on it.
Some pretty drastic changes are starting to take place and I'm hell bent on meeting my abs for the first time !
Bodybuilding.com putting out Kris's daily video trainer has helped me so infact thinking about it its saved/changed my life much if I'd carried on eating the way I was and justifying my diet with pitiful gym work I think I'd probably have eaten my way down into an early grave.
My journey is only just starting in the grand scheme of things so any guidance is most welcome, I'm repeating the daily video trainer for a second time to see what mass was really hiding under that fat ! So far the results are promising

Here are some updated pics and some more one I took when I started. These probably show my transformation a lot better.
So I basically just started using a calorie counter on my phone. I didn't avoid any foods except for sugary drinks, but everything I ate I did in moderation.
Started walking everywhere also. The shopping centre is 800m away from my house. I used to drive.
In the past 3 months I have really been upping the exercise.

newb... first post (dont attack me, please!!)
5'2 / 204 lbs / 43% BF in 2002.... age 17
5'4 / 128 lbs / 17% BF in 2011.... age 26
Today I weighed in at 140 lbs with 18% BF.... age 27
Working on shoulders, god do I love the way women look with FIERCE delts and diamond calves.
Leaning down in August to see what I'm workin with.... in the meantime, I'm loving my bulk diet.
Sweet Potatoes, Yogurt, Coconut water, and unsweetened Almond Milk are my fave but definitiely get eliminated during my lean phase.
Gettin' There!!!
See ya guys when I shred up a bit... I might be in a cranky mood, tho
<3 Gina

Ok, so I'm going to put my first post in here a little different than others. I haven't been on the site too long and haven't been back in the gym for too long either (2 months). I am going to share a pic of where I was 2 years ago (approx. 225 lbs) first, then I'll share my most recent photo (it's really sickening tbh). About 3 months ago I hit 292 lbs again, I had hit a very hard time in my life and working out was non-existant, stress was higher than ever, and overall I just didn't give a sh*t no more. Luckily about 2 months ago I broke out of this habit and got my fat @SS back in the gym! Overall I'm already feeling so much better (go figure) and I have noticed some changes, although I've got a long road ahead of me.
So since going back up to 292 lbs, I have managed to get myself down to 270 lbs today. So I know I still have a lot of fat to go, but my motivation level is as high as it has ever been in my entire life! I know this is a fat to fit thread, but this is exactly what I am going for. I just thought I'd share from the very beginning. And if someone doesn't mind, do you care to take a wild guess on my current BF%? Thanks.
