Busting out of XXXL and 50's now I fit into a Medium shirt pretty well and lowest pair of pants I own are 33's but they are a little loose so I'm assuming I can fit into 32's.
Yikes looking through my pic's today and found this. I was about 308 here on December 16th 2010. Look at your own risk lol.
Here I am this morning at 167.4 before eating anything. Almost time to bulk!
Will post one more update in a month or two plan to get to 159 then will start my bulk.Last edited by topper1; 12-28-2011 at 01:16 AM.

WOW. Dude, we had nearly the same bodies. I'm 6'4 and used to weigh 392, I'm 290 now but when I was 392 I swear our stomach and chest and arms were identical. Your transformation is probably the more inspiring to me because we had a very similar body composition and weight. Are you still losing weight or are you bulking now? I'm not sure what my lean body mass is, I would assume 175-185 so I still have quite a bit to go. I was wondering did you gain alot of strength during your weight loss or did you stay around the same? Do you felt like you made any muscle gains?
You look great, I hope after I lose 200 pounds myself that I come out looking close to your results. Your transformation has given me hope that excess skin won't be a major issue.

Wanted to show my progress, still not where I want to be, but here I go. The first picture was me at 297 on a cruise with my parents for there anniversary in 2010. That December I find my dad on the front yard dead, they were able to revive him but it really gave me a wake up call I needed. Long story short, I'm down to 186. Both pictures are from the same cruise ship but about a year and a half apart. Please ignore the goof second picture, but it shows how far I have come, I was also about 198 in that picture, because I have lost since than. Right now I'm about to start P90X with my roommates (prefer a gym environment, but they aren't willing to join a gym yet) so hoping to lose the last bit of weight and tone up than back to the gym to get stronger and bigger.

Absolutely amazing man! I started at around 378 and am currently around 297, still a ways to go but seeing a 2 instead of a 3 on scale was one of the greatest days of my life. I doubt I would ever see a 1 in front, like you but I still keep after it! Thanks for the motivation!

Still trying to lose till I get to 159 then most likely will start my bulk. I never maxed out while lifting I have a bowflex so I did high reps.
I felt like I made some noob gains in the 1st 6 months and felt like a monster at 230 but the last 60 pound's have been a little harder and I don't feel I've made any gain's at all.

My lower stomach is pretty comparable to yours at the moment but I feel it is getting a little better every pound I lose. Don't have any great shot's of it at the moment but will be sure to get a good pic of the lower stomach when I finish my cut in a month or two.
Inner thigh would be the next worst place for loose skin but I had huge legs when I started 15 months ago. I also don't think I do any inner thigh workout's so maybe I'll look into adding some in when I bulk to see if that help's at all.

Some crazy transformations guys! thats awesome and super inspiring to see.
I wish I had a pic of me with my shirt off back in the day but it never really came off unless i was changing...
The top row : Grade 9 - Present time - Grade 11
The bottom row : Grade 12 - Present time - 2 Months ago
Grade 12 (age 18) - 243 Pounds
Present time (age 21) - 190 Pounds
The lowest I got down too was 175 Pounds and then I ended up getting a little tiny bit chubby last year. Then I moved and started working out at home a bit and going on runs/walks and swimming at the pool.
Ive joined and been in the gym the last 6 months and have no plans of looking back, Im addicted.
ps. Yes I know the sweater in the bottom left pic is wack.Last edited by ehsyme; 12-28-2011 at 11:32 PM.

I am finishing a bulk currently.
I started at 250 and went down to 188 the wrong way and was skinny fat. I decided to do a little more research and start eating right to change my body comp. The second picture shows me implementing weights and the third some of the mass I am putting on.
Good luck to everyone and their goals!A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure - Czech Proverb
