May 2010, 330 lbs, 35 years old
This morning, 209 lbs, 37 in less than a week.
Just got to the end of a 12 week training cycle and I'm really happy with the progress. Gonna get married in August and I'm determined to be 195 by the wedding in a last-ditch attempt to tighten up that skin as much as possible.

Progress from March to December 2011
Been a member here since April 2011 and have found a ton of useful information from this site and great products from the Store. Thanks BB.com. Finally getting around to posting in this thread that I refer to religiously for daily motivation. Here is my progress. I used P90X, Insanity, and P90x Plus to get to this point. That and good clean eating and the aide of myfitnesspal.

Still very WIP. Wasn't as big as you guys, but it's still an accomplishment to me. Grats to you guys though. I went from 190/200~ to 150. Now I need to get some actual muscle lol.
- Spent a year dieting/running
- Started lifting for a bit under a year and cut
- Gained mass after summer

I dont have any shirtless pics of me before (for obvious reasons lol) but i was floating aroud 98kg-105kg in these pics here, just by looking at my face you can see i was a blob lol.
This is me in december, aprox 1.5 years of lifting (and 3 months of pure dieting before i started to lift). Weight is aroud 170-172lb on those pics
