@ HerrRoberts and Joxtronian.
Hey, thanks guys for the insight. I'll defiantly look into Carb cycling and start eating more as I haven't been much, and start lifting soon, going to start Monday."I would argue hardcore is not so much skill an grace, but grit, guts an sheer force of will. Whatever makes ordinary people able do something extraordinary, when life gets desperate, people who don't whine no matter what happens, that's hardcore" - Brendan Leonard

I've been lurking on the boards here and decided to post my transformation from last year (since this year is a working progress). I lost 34 pounds last year, and now I'm working on toning up and really becoming athletic. I've never been the skinny type...and I've had a love/ hate relationship with food (loving more than hating really). I know I have a lot more work to do but I won't give up, that's for sure. Everyone on here is such an inspiration and it's nice to know there are other people who have gone through the struggle to get to where they are now physically.
The first picture was taken last January, the second in February, the third in April, and the fourth in June. I just started to really get into lifting the weights (I think I was pretty intimidated for a while at the gym because of the lack of females lifting weights).
Good job everyone!!!

I didn't lose 57lbs in 2 months, the latest is from 167 to 156, but I practically lost 11lbs of fat.
My routine, is basically 4 times a week cardio, and after each cardio I do a home workout, with some dumbbells. Of course the most important thing is the nutrition, I stopped drinking sweet stuff completely and no more high fat food, 5 small meals a day.

For me I was extremely lazy before (I had shaved my body in the past but couldn't be bothered keeping up with it when I didn't take my shirt off anyways)
When I started working out I wanted to keep progress pictures, the first one was taken the day I started at the gym (so no shave) and then after that I decided to shave for all subsequent ones.
Also progress was better shown and as lightweight said being and looking cleaner is part of the new lifestyle
