I'm 80 enchanting now and I still don't fully understand it... say I disenchant a fortify archery helmet... how come when I go to enchant something with the fortify archery enchantment, how come I can't enchant it on all pieces of armour, only some?

Like for example fortify stamina I can only enchant that on boots and armour body, is this just how it works and i'll have to dealwithit?

not sure, i am like 20 hours in and have only met the greybeards so far in the main quest line. This game is going to last me ages because i am doing and enjoying every quest.

You could look around and find soul gems/steal them or buy them from a mage im pretty sure.

You can buy/find full soul gems, typically in the College of Winterhold or from some random merchants like Belethor in Whiterun. If you haven't already, head over to Morthal and speak to the Mage Fallion in his house. You can buy a spell tome for Soul Trap and I'm sure he also has soul gems for sale. Then just cast the spell on an enemy and kill them before the spell wears off, then you can recharge your weapons.

Has anyone seen the videos of people in no clip mode? Apparently you can see Cyrodiil and Morrowind, so people think you may be able visit them as part of a DLC.

what are some good strategies to kill those ***gots fast?

Where do you find improve blacksmith items? In shops or luck through chests and stuff? Because I haven't found a single item hat has improve blacksmithing and it's pissing me off because I want to upgrade my stuff.

luck mostly...there's also a quest for a piece that's enchanted with it, goto any orc fort and they'll send you out to find the forgemaster's fingers but i think if you disenchant em you can't get into the orc forts or gloombound mine (ebony mine)

I think I know what you're talking about they were some gloves or something. Fffuuuuuuu I did that quest since everytime I would go into the mine those orcs wanted to throw down and I would get some ridiculous bounty for killing all of them.

just check the 3 blacksmiths in whiterun they usually end up carrying a piece of enchant smithing

just wait till you lvl up and get those perks man, for example 2h warrior getting plus 25% attack for greatswords. That **** becomes easy if you get decent enough items and the right perks.

for bears and trolls just find a high rock jump on top of it and shoot arrows/use magic on them

anyone else's skyrim crashing to the desktop? seems like it does it one time each day. i downloaded the 4 GB patch and change the sound settings to 44.1K (16 bit). It stills crashes.

Some people say that it mostly happens when you go to the thieves guild.

I had crashes occasionally early on but after I turned off Anisotropic Filtering, with everything else maxed, I never had a problem again in 165+ hours. I'm running current beta Nvidia drivers too that support Skyrim.

I have had it crash a few times, but no more than 4 in about 60 hours of gampelay. Each time it seemed totally random (so not linked to a specific ingame event).
