    Eggs without carbs?

Does anyone know if its possible to get omega 3 eggs without carbs? I'm currently eating 12 whole eggs a day on Keto and getting rid of those 12 carbs in eggs would be great if its possible.

If you think 12g of carbs coming from eggs is going to kick you out of keto, well then there is no hope for you.

Understandable that you want to have more "headroom" for other carbs, but I don't think there is such an egg.

Eating so many, you might look into finding a small/hobby farmer that sells "real" eggs from chickens that roam around the yard eating bugs and worms and wild seed. More nutritious, more humane, and the taste is in a league of it's own. http://www.motherearthnews.com/Real-...hier-Eggs.aspx

Not sure if you're serious or not...

Obviously 12g of carbs from eggs wont kick me out of keto, however the eggs, peanut butter, spinach and ~6g from protein shakes all add up

eating 12 eggs a day is a great thing to do, don't worry about the carbs

may also want to check the label on the 'omega 3' eggs to see if they are actually worth the extra money. they sell a few kinds at my grocery store that are advertised as 'omega 3' but a whole carton of them has less omega 3 fat than a can of sardines (one dose of fish oil capsules is more omega 3 than a whole carton of omega eggs and fish oil is cheap)

I have just about the worst OCD around...

I'm talking about weighing out exactly 20g of oil as opposed to 19 or 20. or exactly 6oz of chicken breast....

I thought I seen it all. I usually considered a meal of eggs, a carb free meal. This is definitly above and beyond.
