Does anyone know if its possible to get omega 3 eggs without carbs? I'm currently eating 12 whole eggs a day on Keto and getting rid of those 12 carbs in eggs would be great if its possible.

Understandable that you want to have more "headroom" for other carbs, but I don't think there is such an egg.
Eating so many, you might look into finding a small/hobby farmer that sells "real" eggs from chickens that roam around the yard eating bugs and worms and wild seed. More nutritious, more humane, and the taste is in a league of it's own. http://www.motherearthnews.com/Real-...hier-Eggs.aspx

eating 12 eggs a day is a great thing to do, don't worry about the carbs
may also want to check the label on the 'omega 3' eggs to see if they are actually worth the extra money. they sell a few kinds at my grocery store that are advertised as 'omega 3' but a whole carton of them has less omega 3 fat than a can of sardines (one dose of fish oil capsules is more omega 3 than a whole carton of omega eggs and fish oil is cheap)

I have just about the worst OCD around...
I'm talking about weighing out exactly 20g of oil as opposed to 19 or 20. or exactly 6oz of chicken breast....
I thought I seen it all. I usually considered a meal of eggs, a carb free meal. This is definitly above and beyond. The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. ~Henry Rollins
